Error creating new language (error logs?)

Hi guys,

I'm having an error when creating a new language. I would like to debug and see what the issues are. Where I can find this error logs?

Hi António,

As far as I know, there is no log for errors on language creation.

What error are you seeing?

Hi,

I see what you mean - that's not very informative.

If possible, you should update to the "latest recommended" version - I understand that this has been a problem in some earlier versions.

If you still haven't found a solution, please create a case with our support department, and we'll try to investigate what's going on.

Hi António,

If you use the Developer tools in Chrome, you can click the network tab before clicking "Ok" in the "New language" dialog. Then, when clicking "Ok" you'll notice a new entry in the list of connections in the Download tab. If you click that and click the Response tab that appears on the right pane of the screen, you'll see the HTML source for the .Net exception. That may help you to further debug the problem. I just got the readings, you can see in the attached file.
