Email template in Order flow

Hi,

I want a solution to send a notification when the order is changed from "New" to "Shipped".

In the order flow I can set the notification details, but what type of template can I specify here? From the looks of it at least no Swift template :-)

you can use same templates that you used in order complete notifications

Any idea why I cant select a cshtml from the file system there?

Seems that I can only paste code in the browser, and not select a file?

Hi Justin,

If you hover over the template picker it will tell you where it looks:

 

It looks in eCom/Order under templates, or under a specific design if that has the files in that location.

I don't think Swift has samples for this in the box but you can copy the ones Shiwanka mentioned to this folder.
