We are trying to display products in the shopping cart using this loop but it's not rendering anything.
Our steps was to (see screen dumps):
- Define the Number of views needed to appear on Customer who saw also list
- Create a scheduled task for the Calculated Fields, create a new field in Management Center - Ecommerce - Product catalog - Calculated fields
We are not sure why the eCom:Related.CustomersWhoSawThisAlsoSaw.Count is always returning 0. What do we need to do for this loop to work?
