Hi

Rows logged in the table EcomOrderDebuggingInfo do they ever get deleted? If so in what cases does the system delete rows in that table? If not how can there have existed an order that no longer exists in the table EcomOrders and no rows exists in the table EcomOrderDebuggingInfo for that order? We have a solution where a certain orderid (not cartid) has existed (confirmed by email orderconfirmation and export of orderid to an external system) but we can't find the orderid in the tables EcomOrders or EcomOrderDebuggingInfo. What can have happend? We are blank!

Its not deleted automatically

if you want to delete, you can create your own rule to delete by configuring Database Logs Deletion rule under settings.

 

If you can not find in EcomOrders Means something serious you need to check, in the system level only chance to reset orderid is when order not complete and again convert to new order when they try to checkout again(if there is no any other custom codes)
