Hi

What is the best method for flat rate shipping?

Orders can only be shipped and there is only one shipping method so there's no need to display an option to choose shipping method.

Hi

If I understand you correct, then you don't want to show the Shipping step, if you only have one step?

We have a setting in Management center - eCommerce settings - Advanced - Shopping cart:  "Skip payment and shipping step if only one method exists". This setting can be used to hide the step, if there is only 1 method.
