EcomCountries - multible lists

We are working on a solution where they need a list with ALL countries and a list with countries they ship to.
It should be possible to create an account and checkout with billingcountry, which isn't shipped to. (You can choose another deliveryaddress).

Are there some standard functionality in EcomCountries to have 2 or more lists?

Each payment or shipping menthod used in cart during checkout can be set up for specific coutries or for all in the definition. Note the list is only one provided in Settings-Ecommerce-Internalization-Countries and can be translated to different languages if your licensy has multilanguage enabled. So it's out of your condition about muliple coutry lists, probably, but allows to apply shipping for countries not applied for payment and vise verse from the same list during cart frontend rendering. Perhaps, it's possible but via exra coding only. Refer to manual for details.

I need two lists or another list option for creating users, but if it's the only countrylist available, I might need to code my way out of it :)
