Ecom Navigations saves last visited category active state

For some reason DW saves the last viewed ECOM category, so when you leave the ecom and comes back, it sets the last visited category as active, even though it's not the current active page.
This also leaves two Active="True" states in the XML.

Example:
Website frontpage -> Products(ecom) -> Category 3(in ecom) -> Contact(normal page) -> Products(ecom)
Now in the products page, Category 3 is in active state.....

Anyone encountered something similar, and got any suggestions?

 Got the same problem, but I´ve found no solution so far.

I made a case with DW support, but so far no luck in getting it acknowledged as a bug. But I don´t see how it can be anything else, when the info in the XML gets directly influenced and the state gets set to Active.

They create a case, and are making it a hotfix.
