eCom: Adding more than one of the same BOM item to cart

Hi,

We have a situation where we have this scenario:

We have a main product with a standard price: A Cake = 30 EURO

This main product can then have X number of marcipan-letters on it, each of these characters costs an extra 1 EURO...

BUT I can't figure out how to create a form on my product template that will accomodate putting more than 1 letter (BOM item) in the cart.

Any ideas?
