Hi,

I have set up the promotion (buy 1 get 1) and the user gets 2 promotion items if he buys 2 items. And I didn't check the "Apply discount only once". That was available in my old version (9.3..). But that's not working after upgrading v9.9.

May I know it is updated and not allow to get 2 if the user buys 2 items?

Hello Nay,
 
Would you please attach screenshot with your discout settings of a DISCOUNT and a PRODUCT QUANTITY sections for avoiding misunderstandings. I guess you set “Discount type” as “Product” and selected particular promotion products. But need to be sure.
 
Currently as a workaround you can:
 
1. Set Discount type to “Percentage”, Percentage to “50%”
2. Set Quantifier to “Same product”, Product quantity to “2” or “4”
 
Please note that in this case you should add to cart 4 products to get the expected result. Please also see documentation as example https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/ecommerce/payment-shipping/discounts-offers/buy-3-get-1-free

Hi Olga,

Thank you for your reply. 

I have set it up as "Order Discount" and if the user buys 1, he gets 1. But I want to give 2 free items if the user buys 2. Please kindly see the screenshot in the attachment.

Has been resolved in Dynamicweb version 9.9.8
