As an example I have a product that costs 3000 DKK and 449 EUR, but when I change the language of the product from danish to german, the price still has DKK as a postfix and the price entered there will be calculated with what is entered under the currencys exchange rate.
But I want to enter the price in EUR, and I can't seem to find a setting that will allow me to do that.

You have a currency with Euro?
Selected german as language for your german website (In regional settings)
And selected the Euro currency in Modules > Websites > Edit Your German Website > eCommerce?

I've done that, but it still says DKK after the pricefield on the german language
