Dear All,

I have 3 ecommerce websites with 3 different shops.
May I know how can I configure to have the different order prefix for the orders from each shop?
Or may I know is there a workaround regarding this?

Hi Nyein

That is not possible without a bit of coding. You can create a notification subscriber, BeforeUpdateCartToOrder, and change the orderid with code - see this thread: http://doc.dynamicweb.com/forum/development/change-order-id and https://doc.dynamicweb.com/forum/ecommerce-standard-features/ecommerce-standard-features/order-prefix-different-per-shop
