Hi guys,
I have a solution running 9.5.3 and a customer that wants to give a different product as a gift depending on the value of the order.
I have asked them to define the discounts in reverse order (starting with the highest value) and I have set the aggregation method to Highest.
However, it seems that the cart is not updated correctly as the order value increases and the product given for free at lower values of the order is left in the cart.
Is there any other setting I am missing?
I noticed that 9.6 has a few new properties allowing to set a priority and avoid searching for further discounts. Would that approach solve this situation?
