Hi Guys,

Just finished an upgrade to 9.4.11.

After the upgrade, one of the many errors I have is related to Daa Processing activitu and it is displayed when I try to open the Extraned module. It is the same for existing instances of the module as well as new instances of it.

Invalid object name 'DataProcessingActivity'.

I have attached a Printscreen

Thank you,
Adrian

One more thing.

It might be related to this. I don;t see the Data Processing module in the Apss section.

In my previous attempt for upgrading (9.4.10), the module was visible in the APPs section after upgrade.

What am I missing?

Thank you,
Adrian

Hi Adrian, Try this... Go to Settings > System information > Updates. Set both numbers to 2000. Click "Rerun updates".

Hi Morten,

I only have the buttons,

The old input fields are not visible anymore.

I have attached a print screen.

Thanks,
Adrian

When I click on Rerun Updates, nothing happens. The page refreshes and that's all.

I have attached an Update log maybe it makes more sense. I see a bunch or errors in the log.

Thanks,
Adrian

Hi Adrian,

Try the following:
1. Open the files-folder of the solution
2. Find the files update.xml and UpdateVersion_ecom.xml
3. Open them in notepad and change the number in them to 2000
4. Recycle the application pool, that the solution uses
5. View backend again

If this this does not work, try downloading a fresh 9.4.11 and point your home directory to this folder.

It looks like the folder with update scripts has been renamed somehow.
It should be named /Admin/Update, but it is named /Admin/Update_ (with an underscore).

HI Guys,

I have tried Morten's suggestion (Sorry Lars, Already tried yours a couple of times).

It worked.

Now I see the Data processing module in the Apps section.

I believe the update folder gets renamed after the update is done.

Now, I only have an error when trying to open the users in edit mode.

I have created a separate thread here: http://doc.dynamicweb.com/forum/ecommerce-standard-features/ecommerce-standard-features/error-editing-users

Thank you,
Adrian
