Hi I'm not able to make payments with saved cards different from Visa.

Create a saved card works fine and creates the card, but on the next order if I try to use the saved card for the payment it always returns an error:

Recurring transaction failed. Decision: 'REJECT' messageId: '102', messageText: ''

Only for the Visa saved cards is possible to make a payment with a saved card.

I've tested this with DW versions 8.9.2.14 and 9.4.9 and the behaviour is the same.

It could be related to the agreement or type of card related to the payment. You should investigate what the Cybersource docs says about using "payment_token" for the card type that causes the problem.

Hi Nicolai,

I did a little more digging and found that the saved cards only fail when we have the setting "Authorization (zero amount)" active.

If I change this setting for any of the other 2 values, the saved cards will work fine.

It seems to be something related to Cybersource logic, but I'll try to confirm.

Just got the confirmation the this issue was a wrong configuration in CyberSource
