I noticed using 9.4.18 that if you add a product to a (My) list, but later that product becomes inactive, the list still renders it. As far as I can tell the feature is not taking into consideration "/Globalsettings/Ecom/Product/DontAllowLinksToProductIfNotActive" . This is what I expected to see becuase there's no Query to associate in the Customer Center app.
I tried to see it on the source code, but after a few minutes looking for it I could not find the right place. Looked like it was using the query, but then how could it if there's no query associated in the module.
Would a workaround be to use the Product Catalog app with specific expressions for My Lists?
