Custom parameter to payment module

Hi there,

I have a question regarding payment module... is it possible to add custom parameter to payment module...?

I want to by default add "AddFee" parameter, since it is DIBS who is calculating transaction fee based on which card is will be paid with..

Hi Shahid,

This depends on which DIBS checkout handler you use. You can add this parameter only if you use DIBS and not DIBS Payment Window. What you need to do is set "Post mode" to "Render template" and select the "Post template" to use. This gives you complete control over what is sent to DIBS. There are, however, a couple catches. You need to uncheck "Use MD5 checksum" because the price from DIBS is validated against the price of the Order in Ecommerce. You also cannot capture the entire amount (including the added fee from DIBS) from Ecommerce, you need to capture from the DIBS Administration instead.

We have a couple of backlog tasks for adding "Post template" to DIBS Payment Window and allowing prices from DIBS to be different from the Order price in Ecommerce, but they have not been implemented yet and I don't have a timeframe for them.

It is very strange that you are not allowing custom parameter Ucommerce, Teacommerce and SiteCore allow this...

My customer has DIBS Payment WIndow, so it means i need to tell my customer that DynamicWeb is not allowing AddFee parameter, so if you want custom parameter then you need to pay me to develop custom payment integration with your webshop...?

So rigth now my customer should accept that they are going to pay for customer transaction fee, because you are not allowing this parameter and DIBS by default want this parameter through form request...?!?!?!

I am very disapointed... Dynamic means flexibillity, but i cannot see it.... where is flexibillity....?????
