Connect Customer acceptance checkbox to Consent activity

Hi guys,

Is there any way I can connect the User acceptance checkbox from the order flow to one specific Consent activity?

Some other way than editing the templates.

That is not possible without custom code.

Be careful not to connect 2 different consents to the same checkbox - I believe that is an issue GDPR wise.

Thank you for the response.

Since the current checkbox is not connected to any consent activity, the chances to double use it, is slim :)

I still think this should have been an option in the Cart module but maybe that's for a later version.

It is not needed in the cart module.

Checking out will give you all the consent needed (legally required) - including for signing up for newsletters. You do not have to have the consent thingie in the database to have a consent.

If you need consent for something else, that might be a different case, but adding a custom order checkbox would suffice for that.
