On a client site, we've set the cart lifetime to 30 days, but yesterday, a customer of theirs completed a purchase with a cart from early December. How do these carts work? Is the lifetime set from our configuration point and onwards or do they apply to older carts as well? In ecom ->orders, I see that there are carts back to Nov 13th (the date when we upgraded the site)
How do I proceed in order to get rid of old carts? We believe they cause issues with language and currency combinations
