Cart context option in Sales Discount

Hi Guys,

Anyone know how to use Cart Context to apply a sales discount?

I have a website that has a flow for B2C and a flow for B2B, 2 Shopping Carts with different Cart Contexts and apparently I cannot control the Sales Discount based on Cart Context.

Any ideea would be very welcomed.

Hi,

You can't enable a discount for a specific cart context but you can specify the discount to be used in a specific Shop, Country and/or Language.

Hi Merethe,

Thank you for your reply.If you have 2 shops on the same website or 2 cart instances for the same shop in the same websote, you cannot use any of your suggestions.

You can set a Sales discount to apply to a WEBSITE Shop context or WEBSITE Country Context. And you cannot have multiple Website contexts for Country or Shop. Just one selection for each.

This means that you cannot handle 2 order flows with 2 Shopping cart modules in the same website and allocate Sales discounts for each of them.

You should probably consider adding Cart Context as a filtering option in Sales Discount configuration.
