Can't get GeoLocation in the Dynamicweb Maps module

I have som troubles updating and retriving the Geolocation number for some of my users in the Dynamicweb Maps module. I've tried to update the missing user though Management Center > Control Panel -> Modules > Maps , and i only get a lot of red markings. See screen shotIt says "no name" for some of the users, but when i check the users under the "Users" tab, they all have a name. I've also tried to update the specific users individually under the "Users tab" - clicking a user, and then pressing "Get Position From Api" - and i get this message 

I've tried to write the address manually on maps.google.com - and i was able to get a pin on the maps. It all results in I still don't recieve the geo location for the users. Have anyone expirenced this? Or is there anybody who know whats causing my problems with this?

Hi Lars

What version of Dynamicweb are you running? We sometimes see updates on the MAPs API and change Dynamicweb accordingly. Could be the issue.

Im using DW 8.5.1.10 . 90 % of my dealers have a geo location, and some are missing. I just tried to run the "update" functionality - and now I get some of them updated, but still a lot of "reds" with ("no name") listed - even when the current dealer has a name in the Users tab.

The issue appeared friday, where my client reported some of the geo locations suddenly just was disapared. I can't seem to figure out what causes this issue.

Edit:

Just ran i a couple of times, and now they little by little all got updated. So i've didnt change anything. But it's working again. Maybe something at googles went wrong?
