Canonical in eCommerce generate invalid link

Hi,

We are having problems with our canonical links in the eCommerce.

In the sourcecode on our product page, it are renderingen something like this:
<link rel="canonical" href="/da-dk/shop/long-sok-1234/group?productID=1234">

The links are not valid and goes to a 404 page.

Do anyone have experience with such error and what possible could be the issue?

How does Dynamicweb render this canonical link?

Nope, have not seen that before. Would like a URL to take a look at...

Dynamicweb will use the Primary group on a product and the "Primary page" property on the group to calculate what the canonical should be.

Also it uses the ecommerce context language to find the right language version of the URL.
