Hi, we experience an issue with sending emails in Marketing. After choosing all necessary options, and clicking “Send now”, the letter was moved to ‘Sent’ folder with a status: Sending… and is still there. What the reason, we don’t know. When we try to use “Preview”, all is working perfectly, but in fact, we cannot send any email, could you, please, advise? Thanks.

Cannot send emails in Marketing

Hi Nataliya
- Check your SMTP settings in Settings: https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/platform/advanced-settings/web-and-http#4448
- Check your email marketing log in /Files/System/EmailMarketing
- Check mail log in /Files/System/EmailHandler
That could give you some indication of what goes wrong. Let us know if that helps you locate the issue.

Thanks for a quick feedback. We were checking all places that you were suggesting to check. In log file, still presented four emails, which we has been sent in preview mode. And these four letters were received. But now, in "Sent" folder is still staying email letter with "Sending..." state since yesterday. The most interesting thing is that, sending email was working till 24 October 2018, when we were successfully sent our last email and nothing was been changed in Email settings since that time. What can be the reason for this, maybe, exists other way to find the problem?
Hosting issue...?
Where is it hosted? What else changed - we did not change you installation of Dynamicweb either... :-).
BR Nicolai
It hosted on DynamicWeb. Maybe something was changed with DynamicWeb build that we are using now.
No changes to the Dynamicweb build... But if it is hosted by us, we can take a look.
We need the URL of the solution and the service desk will look into the hosting environment.

Of course, www.adelsforeningen.dk
Thanks a lot! Our last emails has been received status "Failed". And after retry, all emails were sent in few seconds! But what was the reason for the problem?
Maybe we would done something wrong.
