Cannot disable VAT

Hi,

We have a solution where we don't want any VAT, we have none configured (System, Country nor VAT groups) but we still get 25% VAT. Any ideas?

Although I've done this dozens of times, I can't seem to get it working now.

Set system vat to 0 not null.

On you countries you also have the default VAT for each country. Make sure Denmark is not default and that everything there is set to 0

Hi Nicolai,

You gave me an important piece information, and we managed to fix it but we found a bug:

We have multiple website. The one with the product catalogue and checkout is not the default one
In the default website we did not set eCommerce settings - let all to (none) - check attachments
When we forced the eCommerce settings in the default website it worked (no need to change the VAT for Denmark)

In case you are wondering, simply changing the VAT for Denmark did fix the issue as well.
