Hi

We found a bug with facets that have white spaces. It doesn't happen when you clear the facet at the first time but if you navigate to a product detail page and then return to the product list and clear the facet, you will see the URL encoding white spaces differently to a "%2B" which represents a "+".

Hi,

I was not able to reproduce the issue on Rapido 3.4.3 solution based on last DW9.10.17 as well as DW9.12.7, here is video regarding the check.

Hi Oleg

Can you try to:

  • Choose one or more facets, no matter if they have white spaces.
  • Clear the Reset All Filters button when it shows.
  • After selecting multiple facets, go to the PDP and return to the PLP. Select another facet.
