AX 2009 integration and PIM

Hi, I am about so design a big ecom solution where I have to integrate to a microsoft ax 2009 erp system and a PIM maybe inRiver but I'm not sure.
I have 2 questions:

1. Can Dynamicweb eCom integrate to AX 2009?
2. Is there some modules to sync between eCom and a PIM?

Unfortunately, you never know if someone ever answers, or whether there goes days or weeks before. So nothing new there.
