Assortments disabled but honored

Hi guys,

I have a solution running on DW 9.19.2. Historically we have used separate B2B and B2C assortments but we have disabled them a year ago.
Today, all of a sudden, some products are not accessible anymore for B2B customers, the link returns 404.

I have checked, and the assortments are not activated. the queries do not use any filtering based on the assortment IDs.
The moment I have added one of the inaccessible products to the assortment, the 404 is gone.

We have noticed it today by chance. The issue may have been there for a while.

Anybody else having the same issue?

For now, I have added the entire shop to the assortment but if the assortment logic is used, there could be some other implications.

Thank you,

Adrian

Hi guys.

Important update. This issue surfaced after the upgrade to 9.19.2.

It is definitely related to the update.

Hi,

I've checked test environment based on Swift\DW9.19.2 has assortments created on 9.19.1 for specific user group\anonymous and set up specific product group. I was not able to catch the issue, I have results fully correspont to the assortment active\not active and handled by assortment setting (Enabled\Disabled) in Settings-Ecommerce-AC-Assortments. Product details is shown correctly in all cases.

Since your case may use specific settiings\conditions\customisation, so refer to support if the issue is still reproduced and relevant.
