Hello.
Ive been trying to use the DIBS Payment Window with the "capture now"-functionality.
We're currently building the shop, so the payment window is set to be in testmode.
What happens though is that i get the error:
"amount - Amount does not match total amount from order rows"(see attached screenshot).
My question here is:
Is there something that ive set up wrong? Or is there something wrong with the price validation?
If i use the other "DIBS"-payment method, it works fine.

Is this question a duplicate of the one in the Handelsbanken thread - or another problem?
Can you send screenshots of your settings for the website you are using the cart?
Country, currency, website - ecom settings + the DIBS settings - just mask your account details.
What other DIBS payment window is working?

Hi.
They are related, the difference is that it complains on the currency when i use Handelsbanken for some reason, so i thought i would make a new one for this, since here i am not using Handelsbanken Finans.
Ive attached screenshots of all my settings, they seem to be matching yours.

Just to be clear:
- Do you have one Handelsbanken (that works now?)
- and another DIBS (with another setting in cart type field?) that doesn't work?
Do you have an URL to your site where I can check the setup and maybe setup my own cart test?

Sorry, my mistake, was gonna add a screenshot with the other DIBS windowsetup.
Ive attached a screenshot with the other payment window setup.
I have one Handelsbanken and one with Visa, none of them works.
Yes. Is it possible that i can get your email and mail it directly to you instead of posting on the forum?
Or maybe that i can share my screen and show the problem?

Update: The latest issue was not related to DW but the NAV integration setup.
