Hi guys,

We see pretty often situations where we need to support addresses by CustomerNumber. Meaning that we get from ERP some generic contacts (mainly contact details for companies) that have multiple addresses assigned to them, but in DW we have multiple users for the same company (Synchronized with ERP or not).

In these situations, we need to render the addresses based on the CustomerNumber instead of the UserID.

Question is, how do I do it properly? Is it something already in DW that would allow it? Will it be added in the future? Do I need to customize it?

Hi,

This is not in DW currently and I don't think it is planned, seems more like feature request.

Hi Victor,

Thank you for confirming it.

We have received this request in 3 projects already and since some of the information in the shop is already grouped by either ID or CustomerNumber, I figured that a B2B solution would want to include grouping the addresses by CustomerNumber as standard functionality.

I will figure out a solution on my own.
