Dear All,

We are using Paypal as one of the payment methods on our B2B website and uncheck 'Use Paypal Shipping Address' to able to use Customer's shipping addresses from NAV. On DW Cart, we have already disable address validation. But we are receiving payment errors from Paypal because of some address fields are missing. But actually, some of our B2B customers might not have complete address informations like address, postal code, city, state. Therefore, could you please advise is there anyway to disable that address validation of paypal on DW end or how can we proceed if we do not want address validation from paypal?

Thank you in advance!

Best  Regards,
Nyein

Hello Nyein,

It looks like as a feature but not bug, since even adding new shipping address is not allowed when the fields are empty in the payment checkpout form (attachment) as well in account admin. We are in researhing of a solution and will return back with number of task to implement the new behavior if approved.

Hi Oleg,

Noted with Thanks.

In the meantime, could you please advise any workarounds at least to solve this case because that project is about to go live soon?

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

No workaround yet exists, since the behavior is hardcoded and can be changed via extra coding only. Sorry for inconvenience.

Hi Nyein

The issue has already been fixed in PayPalExpressCheckput v3.0.1. So, if you need to use it urgently before DW release then download the package from nuget, unzip and put appropriate dll to bin folder of your solution. Now the provider has several new options. Use the new 'Don't override PayPal shipping address' checked with old 'Use PayPal shipping info' unchecked to fix your issue (attachment). Besides, new setting 'No shipping' is added to remove the info from transaction. Note the second and third options of the settings are apllied with checked 'Use PayPal shipping info'.
