We are building a new solution for a customer and on the their old 8.3.0.4 site this was possible.

Hi Bjarne
You can Remove or Ignore Unavailable products + Check for stock status on the cart.
Also in -> Management center -> Ecommerce -> Advanced configuration -> Only show products / variants that are in stock.

I already did check the options that you mention. Could you do me the favor and look at this product for example:

It has stock level zero. Is there still some option I have missed? In also tried to render the product details with a standard template.
