Sort option on folders

The ability to set a sort order on folders, so that the sorting of the items in the folder can be controlled, would be a relly nice feature.

Actually I was thinking about folders/groups in content. Where you can put news items etc. But when i look at it, i can not find folders/groups in DW9. Has it been moved? It has not been the best/prettiest way for containing items such as news, so maybe you have come up with a better way for containing/storing items?

Hi Hans

No, folder feature should still be in DW9 - I can see it is missing from the context. Will dig it up again!

Folders are currently a navigational thing - I get your point to have a more folder/item list way of handling it that could be nice.

I'll put it down as a task for DW9.

Folders are in DW9 - see dump.

We have not been looking at implementing them as discussed above. That would be a 9.2 or later thing.
