Hi DW

I recently upgraded a solution to 9.13.0. Afterwards i noticed that the new product button was disabled. The checkbox "disable creation of new product/variant" wihin the advanced configuration tab is unchecked (see below):

 

Also

The customer has around 6221 product and 5071 is active. The current license has a maximum of 6000 products does that also count for in-active products?

Dynamicweb will count the amount of unique SKUs and disable the create new product buttons when those limits are reached. Nothing new or changed here.

Active/Inactive does not matter.

So you can delete all inactive products or update all inactive to have a the same SKU so they only count once.
