Running on 9.2.6 we noticed that deleting pages is not picked up correctly in the backend nor frontend. In this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/vR8jhma7PaG you can see that a new page called New Customer Story is not visible in the content tree after it's been deleted but it is still visible in the frontend as well as in the Sort Pages list. Only after an IIS recycle does the page go away.
