In relation to my other post
It would be a huge help for the end users, if popups open as overlays instead of opening new windows. This would make it mutch simpler for the enduser, in avoiding having to switch between tabs/windows, and having to "leave" the interface for some task.
I also suggest you make it so, that you never have to open more than one popup window. Eg. when you create a link to internal page or file, you open 3 popup windows, and that is not userfriendly.
