Items are missing after upgrade

Hi

I have upgraded the solution from 8.9.1.12 to 9.2.9 and it seems to be working fine but i am missing Items Tab in the Settings. is there any thing i am missing or have to enable ?

The item type settings are only visible to administrator users. You are probably logged in with an admin user or a regular user with back end login permission and therefore have limited access to settings. See user type settings in user management.
