Issues with Create User App Settings

Hello,

I have run into an issue with Create User App settings, specifically the "Update existing users based on email match" and "use email for username".

Neither setting seems to do what is listed in the documention. I have not tested the other settings to see if there are any other issues, just these two.

Is there a good workaround for these? We have a customer task pending on this solution.

Hi Kevin,

What module do you mean? The options exist in Exranet module in fact. I've checked the feature with Rapido solution based on last DW9.10.13 and have expected results - here is video about the check. Please, cpecify conditions if the results are out of your case.

Thanks Oleg for the response and video. Yes you are correct, things seem to be just fine, I was seeing a conflict between some custom development already on this customer's site that I was unaware of. Thanks for helping to bring it to my attention!
