Issue on the Form for Editor Template

Dear Support team,

We have been utilizing the Forms for editors App to automatically send an internal email upon submitting the contact us form by the user. Previously, we had selected the "Automatic" option under the Template section.
However, after upgrading to version 9.15.5, we are now encountering errors with the template for internal email.

Hi

Yes - a bug we got introduced. It was fixed yesterday in the Dynamicweb 9.15.13 package: https://www.nuget.org/packages/Dynamicweb/9.15.13

Today we will release 9.15.6 of Dynamicweb which will include the above fix. So you can take the above package or wait until 9.15.6 is out.
