Variant build is not updated in admin

Hi DWs

 

One of our clients have a variant build, which is made in the old way with the API.
The problem is that when the build is run, the administration is not updating the product.
So even that we can see that there are variants, the little "+" in the product overview is not showing.

When we manually click save and close, the product is updated.

What is missing?

Hello Peter,

Just a friendly thought here...

Are you using Index when working with variants? Not sure how exactly you update your variants, but Index (in the management center) must be updated all the time. Maybe it has to do something with the issue.

Hi Peter,

 

 Have you noticed the UpdateCounters() method on the product object?

 

Let me know if it makes a difference.
