Support and QA recommended me to write here, so here goes.
We have a customer who's experiencing problems with permissions on one of their websites. Even though they have access to the pages, there's no Delete button in the context menu. Support suggested moving the users to alternative groups, but since there are well over 500 pages on the solution, re-establishing the permission structure would be a time consuming task. They also suggested the problem to be caused by permissions set on AccessUserPages by the old user management module, but the problem persists even after updating all users with null in that column.
