Greetings,

 

We are having some problems with our solution, my colleague set upp solution that was working fine for him. He could login to the admin with no problem.  But when i cloned the git repo and setup the soluton i keep on getting the error shown in the attached screenshot when i login. I have tried loging in with the administrator user and my user that has User type Administrator but keep on getting the same error. My colleague than tried to setup the solution again on his computer and he gets the same error now. Anybody got a solution to this?

Hi Anton

This message is usually related to licenses that are not paid - but I guess this is a configruation issue of some sort. Can I get the solution name so I can check what can be wrong?

Hi, 

 

Im having a simmilar issue again. Last time it was fixed by deleting the license file and changing the value of the value <dblgnforna>True</dblgnforna> to true in globalsettings.aspx

But no luck this time. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Thank you for sharing! This helped me solved the same issue in a development environment. What i did was:

  • Deleted the license files
  • Changed <dblgnforna>True</dblgnforna> to <dblgnforna>False</dblgnforna> in Files/GlobalSettings.aspx

We have this problem also on one of our developers machines now. We have tried the solutions above with dblgnforna = false and deleting the license files and recycling. But no luck :(

Any other ideas?

dblgnforna the sinner along with a stale license.

Ensure to remove all license files and check all .config files for dblgnforna

If DW cannot communicate with the license server, it will just shut down the installation again. So ensure the server/computer can communicate with www.dynamicweb.com
