I have a solution that is running v9.8.2. The solution has been running with splitted GlobalSettings.config files for years. But after the latest upgrade the system does not obey the splitted GlobalSettings. E.g. I have the entry "<SolutionLastFileSizeReportDate>" in the file SiteSpecificSettings.config. But now when clicking "Save" in "SETTINGS - System - Solution settings" the system creates the same entry in GlobalSettings.config but with an older date that the original in SiteSpecifigSettings.config. The same entry now exists in both GlobalSettings.config and SiteSpecifigSettings.config. This happens for several entries in the same section (Globalsettings - Settings - CommonInformation). Have there been any changes to how GlobalSettings are handled across GlobalSettings files?
