Shopping cart becomes empty after new user created

Hello DW guys,

After you create new user - Shopping cart becomes empty.

Is there any way to persist the content of the shopping cart to that new user? User gets logged in right after creation, and his cart is empty.

 

Any suggestions?

So it looks like I am the only one who has an issue with it :)

Or it is just the way it is, and I can't change anything about it?

Hi Dmitrij,

It all comes down to which version of Dynamicweb you use. We have tested this internally and for us, the cart is persisted through to the new user. I don't remember how far it goes, but all Dynamicweb 8 versions should support this.

Try upgrading to the newest version of Dynamicweb (8.4.1.11 currently) and if this still does not work for you, please contact the Service Desk.

The version is 8.4.1.2

Hmm, that is weared, I will try updating the application right now, and hopefully the issue will dissapear.
