Ok I will create I new thread and no I haven't downloaded it yet.

Is this update only for development or should I put this on the live site to?

It's the package we distributed on all servers, however, to my knowledge custom servers haven't been updated yet. I suggest you contact Help Desk with this question. They'll know what to do:)
