We have a customer that want to use Recurrency order "reminders" which basically act as the same thing as a recurring orders, except it does not place an actual order.
I was thinking that instead of reinventing the wheel I could somehow:
- Allow editing of recurrency frequency - I think it's just a matter of updating the Recurrency order record
- Allow editing of the recurrency template - same as above
- Disable the order being placed (not sure how yet)
If I do that, I could start having notifications.
Am I missing something? Am I on a good path or should I redo this completly with Items.
