Printable documentation and installationguide

I have started looking into eCommerce and I am having some problems finding an installation guide or manual that I can print.

I've found the online documentation here - http://manual.net.dynamicweb.dk/Default.aspx?ID=1990

But this manual is not easily printed, are there a PDF version of the same manual?

If you go to the downloads area of this site and get the latest release and the DefaultEmptyDataSQL.zip, there's no need to run installation og Ecom tables. The database is compatible with SQL Server 2005 only.
