The Formular Module DW7 does not support plain text, is it possible to extend the module to make a conversion before sending?

You could implement a custom FormSaveProvider - see Data Management Extensibility (PDF)

Ok, that would catch the data, then I guess it would need to send the data to its own mail-setup.
