Not reaching orderconfirm page causes an incomplete order

When a client purches items from the webshop and closes the browser after payment he won't reach the orderconfirm page.

The order will not have the state complete, even when the transaction was succesful, and no order confirmation emails will be sent.

I tried to fix this by creating a pushreturn page which changes the order state depending on the values of the paymentprovider push.

This returned in a completed order after ordering, but no mail was sent after a succesful transaction, i think because the orderstate was set to 'complete' before the orderconfirm page was addressed.

I'm out of ideas ... And we're running into this problem with every shop now ...

Please help!

Hi Peter,

I know it's been a while since you posted - but did you ever reach a solution to your problem? If not: on which version of the Cart are you experiencing the problem?

No, no solution yet ...
The original version of the cart.

At the moment we manually check the orders and change them to complete when the order has been payed, but not completed ....
This is becoming undoable since we're releasing more and more shops ...

The Cart V2 has some negative feature which make it unusable for us.
Most important, it isnt guaranteed supported using the dynamicweb payment provider module Buckaroo, but there are more functional issues ...
