Newsletter register confirmation - send email

Hi guys,

Anyone can comment on this?

After subscribind, you are able to login, or naigate somewhere, but are you able to send email "Confirmation" or in other words "Thanks for subscribing" email?

It is not possible to send a confirmation email currently if you are not using confirmation mails where the user needs to click a link to activate.
