Is there any Dynamicweb control that can be used to create a navegation tree such as the one that is used on the ecom module?

No unfortunately - we use Rad tree which can be purchased at www.telerik.com. As an alternative use the free dtree: http://www.destroydrop.com/javascripts/tree/
