Manually running scheduled job returns: Token is invalid, scheduled task run canceled

DW-version 9.13.10. 

On staging environment whenever I run a scheduled job i receive the following error message: "Token is invalid, scheduled task run canceled". Windows scheduled task is not installed on the server, so scheduler is not working either. 

Any ideas as to what can solve the issue? Manually running scheduled jobs on our production environment is working as expected.

To anyone else having this problem, this was the response from Dynamicweb Care: 

På jeres IIS-server bør I have en scheduled task, der hvert 5. minut kalder Powershell.exe med parameterne:

Invoke-WebRequest -UseBasicParsing -Uri https://mysite.com/Admin/Public/TaskExecute.aspx -Method GET

Og hvor mysite.com naturligvis skiftes ud med navnet på jeres website.
